You alter your physical form in one of the following ways:

• You change your race and/or subrace. This affects your appearance only; you gain none of the abilities of that race.
• You gain a swim speed of 30 ft and the ability to breathe underwater, by gaining finned feet, finned hands, and gills. Your feet, hands, and neck must not be covered (by boots, gloves, or mantles) in order to use this ability.
• You gain a fly speed of 30 ft (clumsy) by sprouting wings. Your back and shoulders must not be covered (by armor, mantles, cloaks, or shirts) in order to gain this ability.
• You gain a climb speed of 30 ft by sprouting claws on your hands and feet. Your hands and feet must not be covered.
• You gain a bite attack and two claw attacks; the bite attack is primary and inflicts 1d6+Str, while the claw attacks are secondary and inflict 1d4+1/2 Str. Thus, your full attack routine is either as a wielded weapon or weapons, or bite plus two claws at -5.
• Your legs elongate, granting you +30 ft to base movement speed. Your legs must not be covered.

If you cast this spell to gain an effect which is blocked by a worn item, the effect does not manifest until you remove the offending item, though the duration still runs down.
